How to contact the Online Help Desk

  • https://helpdesk.academyart.edu/new
    • From the Welcome to the Online Help Desk / Create a New Ticket page;
      • Select your role from the ‘Hi! I am’ menu
      • Select the type of support you’re needing from the ‘I need help with’ menu.
      • In the Message field, include as much detailed information as possible. This will ensure the most efficient support. (In the attachment box below Message, include any pertinent files such as screenshots, error messages, files you’re unable to upload, etc.)
      • In Contact Details, be sure to include at least your Name and Email address to receive a response.

Submitting a Help Desk form within Brightspace:

  • While logged into your courses in Brightspace;
    • From any page, go to the top menu bar and select Get Help. You'll then be directed to the Create a New Ticket page.

     

 

(Below: On mobile, you’ll first need to tap the three-line / ‘hamburger’ icon in the upper left corner. Then select Get Help.)

 

 

 

  • Select Help Desk.

  • From the Create a New Ticket page;
    • Select your role from the ‘Hi! I am’ menu
    • Select the type of support you’re needing from the ‘I need help with’ menu.
    • In the remaining fields, include as much information as possible. This will ensure the most efficient support. (In the attachment box below Message, include any pertinent files such as screenshots, error messages, files you’re unable to upload, etc.)

  • Complete the reCAPTCHA and click Create Ticket.
